| Overview of Requirements|

Connect the newly connected SubTool equipment to the Ignition SCADA system through G1. Connect the Pump and Scrubber equipment of other equipment manufacturers already in production to the SCADA system. Connect the 12-inch factory to the existing FDC, MES, and AMS systems to monitor the status of the equipment in real time and handle the abnormalities of the internal production of the factory in a timely manner. Stop the equipment to reduce the scrap rate.

 

|Project Scope|

Data Acquisition: All SubTool equipment data is collected to G1 BOX, which communicates with the host computer in the main control room and provides data for the host computer to collect.

Application Server: Deployment of a standalone Ignition SCADA server on the main control room host computer.

Client: PC/Upper PC + Mobile Tablet APP
